“I paint self-portraits because I am so often alone, because I am the person I know best.” Frida Kahlo

Self-portraiture has exerted an irresistible appeal to photographers from the medium’s earliest years, and, with smartphones, drones and new media, it’s easier than ever to shoot one.

On the 15th of February we at GOODSPACE want to invite artists to turn the lense on themselves. Focusing on how they perceive themselves as an artist and how they choose to represent themselves through their art.

Featuring work from:

MORGAN CROWCROFT-BROWN / HANNAH ALEXANDER /
DAN GOODE / KIM PHAN / JACK BURNS / MADDY CARROLL / YONI CHANG / ALEX JOHNSTONE / DAKOTA GORDON / DAN MULHERAN
